About the Collection
Obsidian is a world forged through fire.
Across its landscape, black forms sweep and rise like terrain shaped by flowing lava and wind-driven sand. Deep ridges move across the surface, folding into valleys and expansive formations that feel powerful, elemental, and strangely beautiful.
The blackness of the work absorbs and reflects light at once. As the surface shifts, light gathers along the curves and disappears into the deeper folds, revealing a landscape that changes with every angle.
The forms carry the memory of transformation. What was once molten becomes solid. What was once in motion becomes terrain. The landscape holds the evidence of forces that have shaped it, while continuing to feel alive beneath the surface.
